An off-site follow-up survey completed April 10, 2023 found Home Instead Senior Care had corrected the deficiency cited under of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on January 20, 2023.

The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed January 20, 2023.
